Captain 'Jack' has been with us for just shy of 2yrs now.

Jack is so easy to keep, a real 'good doer' and winters well on absolutely nothing but a flap of hay. Up to date with teeth, vaccines etc. Currently bare foot but happily stands for hot shoeing also.

Jack is a fabulous lead rein pony and has previously been a great 2nd pony. He can be a little keen for a true first ridden but a great little jockey could have tons of fun. We have done PC Camp, hacks and rallies. With his previous family they have done many PC activities and beach rides.

Jack is not fazed by traffic, chainsaws or diggers ! Priced to sell, full wardrobe available too. Needs a job and a family to keep him young. Any questions most welcomed. Only for sale as just too sharp for our daughter who is just off lead rein. I dont have many vids as usually leading and not a camera clicky happy family. Based between York & Malton.

Loves a scratching post

Polly is our absolute superstar who has done everything with us. She is a true legend.

We have owned Polly for the last three years and now she’s looking for a more relaxed pace of life.

Polly would be the penultimate hacking pony as she is as safe as they come. She’s a very sweet mare who deserves only the best home to be loved and spoilt.

Up to date with vaccinations, good for the farrier, good to load. Comes with all tack and rugs.

🌟 Summer – 12.3 - 8-Year-Old Roan Dartmoor Hill Pony 🌟

She came to us just over a year ago completely unbroken, and since then she has been broken and has really impressed us with what a fantastic little all-rounder she is proving to be.

We don't have schooling facilities, so Summer's education has mainly been out hacking — and this is where she really shines. She hacks out around five days a week, both alone and in company, and will happily go for miles. Our recent hacks have been up to 12 miles, and she finishes with plenty left in the tank! She absolutely loves being out and about and would seemingly go all day, so we feel she could make a fantastic endurance pony for someone wanting to explore that avenue with her.

She will pop over logs/bushes out on hacks and has plenty of scope!!

On the ground, Summer is an absolute sweetheart. She is fantastic with children and is happy to be led, brushed, fussed over and pampered. She has a lovely nature and really enjoys attention, she would never bite/kick/buck/rear.

Under saddle, Summer is a forward-going pony, so she wouldn't be suitable as a first ridden or for a nervous/novice rider. In the right hands, however, she has so much to offer. We think she could make a brilliant lead-rein pony, second pony for a confident child, or a fun ride for a small adult.

Summer is still relatively young in her ridden education, having only been backed within the last year, but she has already shown herself to be willing, capable and full of potential. With someone who can continue her education, we think she could become a really special little pony.

A genuine, hardy little pony with bags of stamina, a lovely temperament and lots of potential

Fantastic for the dentist and farrier.

🩶 SUPER SWEET 4YO WELSH A GELDING – 11.2/3hh 🩶

Lead rein pony / first ridden project with a willing attitude🦄

This gorgeous grey has been a fantastic lead rein pony for both a 2yo and 4yo, taking everything in his stride. Regularly handled by children — a 2yo can lead him independently, groom him and pick out all four feet.

He has been ridden walk, trot & canter and popped small jumps off the lead rein with a 10yo. He has also been to local shows and arena hires, proving himself willing, genuine and keen to learn.

🏆 3rd in a cross pole class off lead rein with a 10yo

🏆 2nd in-hand showing

Only 4, so he is still green and needs further education, but he has a fantastic attitude and really enjoys working and learning.

Very easy to do in all ways and a genuinely lovely little pony.

DONALLT LUCKY STARLIGHT aka ZIGGY is our home bred 2 year old Welsh Cob Colt.

Good old fashioned bloodlines:

Sire: Brynithon The Real Revelation & Dam: Troedgwynau Lucky (out of Trevallion Albert) - both of whom can be seen

Due to being too closely related to our mares we have made the decision to find Ziggy a new home, ideally a show home.

We feel he has potential as a stud stallion/in the showring.

Not pushed at all and shaping up pretty well.

Expected to make around 14.2hh

Good Bone/Feather and straight action

Being a colt, experienced home essential.

Can be gelded at buyer's expense before leaving our yard.

Beautiful 14.1hh Welsh Sec D Mare

Breed: Welsh Section D

Age: 7 years old

Height: 14.1hh

Color: Black with striking white blaze & single white sock

Location: South Yorkshire

Ali is a very loving mare who oozes potential. My youngest daughter has safely ridden and hacked her since age 8, and my older daughter—who can be a nervous rider—rides her out with ease. She has done hacking, arena hires, low-level jumping, and pleasure rides, proving to be a kind, reliable, and fun pony.

She is a sweet, honest, and loving mare who adores people, treats, and endless bum scratches. She has zero malice—she does not buck, rear, or bolt. With beautiful, floaty paces and excellent natural scope over a fence, she has real potential to perform well in dressage, showing, or jumping with the right rider.

She would also make a dream riding school pony, as she thrives in group environments, loves people, and would excel with a predictable routine.

The Highlights:

Jumping Potential: Shows fantastic technique and plenty of natural scope over a fence. When confident, she is a point-and-go ride who handles the rest.

Hacking: Fantastic in company, preferring to follow but can and does pop in front to build confidence. Handles heavy traffic (tractors, bin lorries, motorbikes, barking dogs) with ease. Hacks alone quietly, though may need a lead past something new.

Fun & Forward: Calm and chilled when riding at home or on arena hires, but brings a fun, forward, and eager energy to hunting and pleasure rides—jumping everything in front of her, including hedges, ditches, and drains.

Easy Keeper & Great Manners: Barefoot, easy to catch, and straightforward to load. Great for the farrier and can live in or out.

Top-Tier Care: 100% up to date with farrier, teeth, physio, and vaccinations. No lumps, bumps, or sarcoids. Clean limbs and excellent overall health. She is a solid, healthy mare who I am confident would pass any vetting.

Honest Notes & Competition Profile (Full Transparency):

Competition Environment: While calm and confident at home or during arena hires (with or without friends), she currently loses confidence in busy, away-from-home competition settings. Her lack of confidence presents as stress—she can sweat up and at times become reluctant to move forward, requiring a lead or reassuring rider to keep going. With time, patience, and exposure, we believe she will overcome this. For showjumping, she would suit an experienced rider looking for a project to develop further.

Clipping: Requires sedation to be clipped safely and stress-free.

Yard Routine (FOMO): Loves her herd! Fine being stabled or led in alone, but prefers not to be the last pony left behind in the yard when others head out (she will pace her stable and neigh if left behind).

Ulcer History: Had a brief spell of mild, saddle-related ulcers in the past due to changing shape as she filled out. Fully treated, resolved, and maintained with regular professional saddle checks. Full medical history is available.

Reason for Sale: My younger daughter wants to compete, and has moved onto an older, more experienced pony.

Full vetting is welcomed.

More video footage and photos available upon request.

12.2 Registered Welsh Section A, 4yo.

Custard will turn heads wherever he goes, excellent confirmation with good bone, a flashy mover with the makings of a very attractive lead rein / first ridden pony.

He has been shown in hand at riding club placing in the ribbons, a pleasure to handle in the ring.

Custard is well handled, he will tie up, pick all four feet up, patiently wait whilst being bathed etc.

He has been lunged, long reined and sat on.

🦄 Loads and travels exceptionally well.

🦄 Up to date with vaccinations, wormer, feet etc.

🦄 Not known to be a bucker or rearer.

🦄Very sweet to handle, not a spooky pony and takes everything in his stride.

Custard is still green and a work in progress with only being lightly backed. He was purchased for us to back for our young son to start his lead rein career, however we have sadly been naive with time constraints of toddler and life balance. He is not being sold as a finished product, that being said he is progressing well and truly believe that he has genuine potential to be a quality lead rein / first ridden pony with continued correct education.

Only a 5* home will be considered, a really lovely opportunity for somebody looking for a well bred young pony with all of the foundations in place and plenty more to come.

13.2hh Coloured Gelding – 13 Years

A very special home is sought for our lovely 13.2hh coloured gelding, who we have owned and loved for the past five years.

During that time, he has enjoyed low-level Pony Club activities and plenty of hacking. He is a kind, genuine pony who is great with children and absolutely loves being pampered, groomed and fussed over.

Due to a leg injury, he is no longer suitable for more demanding ridden work. We are therefore looking for a caring, knowledgeable home where he can enjoy a quieter life with light, low-level riding. He would be ideal as a lead-rein pony for a child to enjoy gentle rides and hacking, with lots of attention in between.

He lives out happily, is barefoot and is a good doer, so is very straightforward to keep. He lives happily with others and also makes an excellent field companion.

This is a genuinely difficult decision after five years with us, so finding the right home is our priority. We would love to find a family who can give him a useful but easy life and, most importantly, a child who will love him and give him all the fuss he deserves.

Full details of his previous injury and current capabilities will be openly discussed with anyone genuinely interested.

Serious enquiries only please – a loving, long-term home is essential.

Pretty 11.2hh Welsh sec A grey mare rising 5

Very Well bred

Successfully competed in lead rein and ridden showing with her previous owners inc the sunshine tour

I brought Fifi at the start of this summer for my little girl (3) with the hope she would be interested but unfortunately other than the odd ride on her bare back around the field we haven’t really done much with her at all
I had a friend of a friends little girl come a couple of times to ride her in the school and she behaved impeccably.
She lunges beautifully, we haven’t hacked her here but she did I believe in her previous home

She Lives in or out happily

No medical issues whilst with us and she is currently unshod with good solid feet
So unfortunately I have come to terms with the fact it’s a little early for my little girl at this stage and I’m going to wait another couple of years and I believe she is too nice a pony to sit in the field waiting for us

So I’m looking a five star home for her where a little family can appreciate and love her , this is far more important than money for us

Fifi is fantastic with all farm machinery including my little girls electric John  Deere gator and is well behaved with other horses mares and geldings and equally happy turned out on her own

She would make a great companion pony
