Redlays Theseus – Cradle stakes, junior 122cm and SHP

2013 Welsh Section B gelding 13 years old

This is a heartbreaking sale of our beautiful Theo as my daughter won’t stop growing after 3 wonderful years together. I was hoping my son would take over the reins but he would like to focus more on show jumping, so we are looking for a 128cm pony.

Theo has been the pony that has first introduced my daughter to the affiliated circuit. Although he has had a very successful career as a SHP we feel he particularly enjoys working hunter classes and would be well suited to someone wanting to pursue the Cradle and Junior 122cm workers classes.

At home, Theo is a kind, affectionate pony who enjoys attention. He has been ridden by both my children since they were 7 and 8 years old. He is not a First-year First Ridden and is best suited to a confident child who can make the most of his experience and ability.

Unfortunately we have been unable to run him in the London cradle class this year due to a connection with this years judge

Theo has also jumped clear and achieved good placings in the handful of m&m Junior 122cm HOYS qualifiers we have contested over the last couple of seasons. He is still a fresh face in these classes as we have always ran another pony in this class so he has not been over campaigned. I do feel he has another big win in him yet especially in the new RI cradle class!

Theo absolutely thrives off jumping and loves his job, he is brave and so willing and has been a pleasure to have over the last 3 years! When he is jumping he requires no plugs or calmers, with little to no working in, even at busy venues.

He is good to bath, clip, catch, load and with the farrier.

Please no time wasters or photo collectors.
